We invite you to discover the stunning landscapes of Southern Patagonia, where the colors and hues transform throughout the year! You will have the opportunity to explore nearly untouched regions, breathtaking scenery, and savor the delicious cuisine of the area, where the culture, flavors, and aromas of the southern hemisphere come together, offering that distinctive Patagonian essence for all your senses.
This 4-day, 3-night package includes a visit to Punta Arenas, the southernmost city in Chile. From here, we will embark on excursions to various regions, including a special penguin encounter on Magdalena Island.

Tour Description
DAY 1: Airport to Hotel Transfer in Punta Arenas
Upon your arrival at Punta Arenas International Airport, a driver will be ready at the agreed time to escort you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, whether you choose to relax or explore the city.
DAY 2: Punta Arenas City Tour
Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. At 9:30 AM, embark on a captivating city tour. We’ll visit the Plaza de Armas and explore stunning structures such as the residence of José Braun Menéndez, offering insights into the lives of early 20th-century pioneers. Our tour includes a stop at the Salesian Museum Maggiorino Borgatello (closed on Mondays), home to exhibits of native flora, fauna, and artifacts of the Patagonian Indians. We will then proceed to Costanera Avenue and visit the Regional Cemetery, renowned for its picturesque gardens. Our journey concludes at the Cerro de la Cruz viewpoint, providing a breathtaking vista of the vibrant cityscape, the Strait of Magellan, Tierra de Fuego Island, and Dawson Island.
We aim to return to the hotels by approximately 1 PM.
DAY 3: Tour to Magdalena Island
We will convene at 6:30 AM at our designated meeting point to depart for the Laredo Bay pier, setting sail for Magdalena Island. After a two-hour voyage, we will arrive at Magdalena Island, home to the Los Pingüinos Natural Monument. Here, over 120,000 Magellanic penguins reside, along with numerous birds and sea lions. We will disembark to explore various paths leading from the shore to the island’s highest point, allowing close encounters with the penguins and their nests. At the summit, you’ll find the Environmental Interpretation Center and the Lighthouse, accessible via a climb up its steep stairs, offering the most stunning views of Magdalena Island and the Strait of Magellan.
We expect to return to Punta Arenas by 1 PM.
DAY 4: Hotel to Airport Transfer in Punta Arenas
Depending on your flight schedule, you’ll have free time for last-minute shopping or further exploration of the city. At the prearranged time, our driver will collect you from the hotel and transfer you back to Punta Arenas International Airport.
