Explore the First Fjord in Chilean Patagonia with this Full-Day Kayak Adventure starting from Puerto Varas.

Our adventure kicks off bright and early, with a comfortable van picking you up around 8:30 a.m. right from your hotel. We then set off on an enchanting 35-minute drive along the stunning Lake Llanquihue to reach our operations base in Ensenada. Throughout the drive, you'll have numerous chances to snap breathtaking photos of the picturesque landscapes surrounding this renowned lake.

Upon arrival at our Ensenada base, you'll meet our expert guides, all certified in swiftwater rescue and first aid. We'll provide you with all the necessary gear for your aquatic journey: neoprene suits and boots to keep you warm, windproof jackets, and regularly updated certified life jackets. We also ensure your safety with a comprehensive first-aid kit and reliable telephone communication.

Starting from the mouth of the Petrohué River in Ralún Bay, we embark on an exhilarating voyage through the tranquil, sheltered waters of the Reloncaví Fjord. After receiving an in-depth briefing from our guides on navigation and local conditions, it's time to set off and explore. The first segment of our trip lasts about 1.30 hours and takes us to the Rollizo Peninsula, a picturesque location where Yolanda's local family has thrived for generations, focusing on farming. Here, we'll enjoy a homemade lunch in their welcoming home, nestled among meadows that cascade down to the sea, providing a perfect opportunity to relax and stretch your legs.
