Descripción del Tour

Explore the stunning beauty of Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park with this exciting "Trekking and Relaxing at El Rincón Beach"experience.

The adventure begins from your hotel in Puerto Varas early in the morning, heading towards the Ensenada Camino, approximately 60 km away, until reaching the emblematic Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. This park, the oldest in Chile, established in 1926, covers more than 250,000 hectares and is located mostly in the province of Llanquihue. It is a landscape shaped by volcanoes, tectonic processes, and glaciers, creating a unique part of the Andes Mountains.

We will begin our approximately 6 km trek from the Petrohué sector, following a well-marked trail through lush jungle forests, where we can admire a diversity of endemic flora. This park is part of the Southern Andes Temperate Rainforest Biosphere Reserve, home to species such as the canelo, coigüe, patagua, and pitra.

During the tour, we will enjoy breathtaking panoramic views that include the majestic Lake Todos los Santos and the imposing Osorno Volcano. Don`t forget your camera to capture these unforgettable moments. The local fauna offers us the opportunity to spot mammals such as the pudú, pumas, guiñas, and wildcats, as well as birds such as the mallard, the black woodpecker, and the kingfisher.

We will descend toward the shore of Lake Todos los Santos, a stretch that can be steep in places, so we recommend caution. At the bottom, we will be rewarded with one of the park`s hidden treasures: the spectacular "Playa El Rincón". This tranquil volcanic sand bay invites us to rest, swim in its crystal-clear waters, and enjoy a snack while we relax surrounded by the natural beauty that surrounds us.

On the way back, we`ll stop by the cozy Kataratas Grill cafe, where you can delight in local flavors such as salmon sandwiches or homemade sweets (not included), before ending the day and returning to your hotel in Puerto Varas.

This adventure promises to be an unforgettable experience that you will remember forever, perfect for those who want to explore the best of nature in the far south of the world.
