Our journey begins with a 40-minute drive from Coyhaique, or a 25-minute trip from Balmaceda airport, leading us to a private ranch that promises a one-of-a-kind experience. Here, we delve into the rich customs and traditions of the local country folk, known as "Gaucho".
We will immerse ourselves in a variety of typical activities representative of the Patagonian Countryside. While savoring a delightful snack featuring local recipes and produce, we will also explore the history of this remarkable place and its surroundings.
Witness the authentic Gaucho lifestyle firsthand, as he showcases his traditional accessories, including the Beret, the Neckerchief, and the Wine Boot, among others.
This unique rural adventure also offers the chance to interact with lambs and gain insights into corral work, among other activities.
As a highlight, we will learn about the creation of the Great Monument to Patagonia. Here, you have the opportunity to leave your name etched (for an additional fee).
