Después de un año de mucho trabajo, nos tomamos esta excursión entre amigos y fue el descanso que buscábamos. Salimos puntuales de La Serena; el guía estuvo atento y explicó cada paisaje sin apurarnos. Caminamos por el sendero del bosque, visitamos el centro de interpretación, hicimos una pausa para almorzar y hasta tuvimos tiempo de observar aves. La coordinación fue impecable: transporte, horarios y regreso funcionaron tal cual. Una jornada variada y muy disfrutable.

After a demanding year, this was exactly the reset my teenage daughter and I needed. Our group had only seven people, so the atmosphere felt relaxed and friendly rather than rushed; our guide even paused by a tiny stream to point out a fox track. The forest’s contrast with the dry coast was amazing. For the price, transport, guiding, and unhurried pace felt like excellent value.

No trekking do Fray Jorge, atravessamos a paisagem árida até o bosque valdiviano, cercado de neblina e samambaias enormes. O passeio também incluiu mirantes costeiros, explicações sobre a história do parque e bastante tempo para fotos. Nosso guia ainda mostrou uma raposa ao longe!

Wir waren in der Nebensaison mit unserer Familie unterwegs und hatten das Glück, mit nur sechs weiteren Personen an der Fray-Jorge-Exkursion teilzunehmen. Die kleine Gruppe machte die Wanderung durch den Nebelwald sehr entspannt; unser Guide nahm sich Zeit für Vögel, Kakteen und die Geschichte der nahegelegenen Dörfer. Besonders schön waren der Spaziergang zum Aussichtspunkt, die kurze Kulturpause mit hausgemachtem Ziegenkäse und das Beobachten von Eulen am späten Nachmittag. Die Stimmung war herzlich, ruhig und angenehm persönlich.

Pour l’anniversaire de notre fille, on voulait une sortie spéciale sans exploser le budget : mission réussie ! Depuis La Serena, le trajet était bien rythmé pour nos deux petits. Au parc Fray Jorge, la forêt humide surgit dans le brouillard, complètement irréelle au-dessus du désert. On a marché tranquillement jusqu’au mirador, où notre guide nous a montré un petit renard furtif (et les enfants l’ont repéré avant nous !). Ensuite, pause pique-nique avec vue sur les collines et l’océan. Transport, accompagnement et explications inclus : vu le prix, c’est franchement très rentable. Une belle journée d’anniversaire, nature, culture et zéro stress.
