Descripción del Tour
Today we will have an unforgettable experience. We will visit this charming city in southern Chile, two jewels in the heart of the Chilean lakes, Frutillar and Llanquihue.
We will begin our day departing from Puerto Montt at approximately 8:30 a.m., or from Puerto Varas at approximately 9:00 a.m. We will confirm with you before the tour.
We will enjoy this picturesque trip together, heading towards Lake Llanquihue, the second largest lake in the country.
We will begin our excursion by visiting the city of Llanquihue, famous for its cured meats and the birthplace of the Mallín River. It is part of the old Settlers` Route.
In the city, we will visit Los Cisnes Beach and the Pier, which has a beautiful view of the Lake and the Volcanoes. We will then cross Lake Llanquihue to head towards Frutillar.
We arrive at this city, a beautiful town reminiscent of Bavaria, where its first settlers came from, and where all its German influence stems. Its cultural history began in 1856 as a shipping dock, soon followed by the appearance of tanneries, mills, breweries, etc.
We will stroll around its beautiful old German-style houses, admiring its well-kept gardens and its incomparable views of the Osorno and Puntiagudo Volcanoes.
Optionally, we will have the opportunity to visit the German Colonial Museum, which showcases the life of the settlers, or enjoy a coffee with typical German pastries from this area.
Along its waterfront, we`ll see the Teatro del Lago, where the famous “Frutillar Musical Weeks” are held annually and are attended worldwide.
A tour that will captivate us with its charm and invite us to experience unforgettable moments before returning to our hotel.
